Conditions of bookings

Please note that all reservations require a €30 deposit (per room - non-refundable) to guarantee the reservation. All reservations must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance (either by telephone or by e-mail) advising us of your expected time of arrival.  Arrival possible between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. (Arrivals outside of these hours possible with prior notice). Please note that reservations are not transferable.

• Confirmation of booking on receipt of deposit cheque
• Only cash or cheques accepted
• Families are welcome
• Regrettably we do not accept animals
• All rooms are situated on the 1^st floor accessible via staircase. Therefore, regrettably, we have no disabled access or facilities.
